The combination of Ciprofloxacin and Tinidazole is indicated for the management of a wide variety of infections caused by susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative organisms along with anaerobes and protozoa.
Ciprofloxacin: Antibiotics (Quinolone antibiotics)
Tinidazole : Antiprotozoals
Ciprofloxacin + Tinidazole effectively manages infection, where ciprofloxacin works by killing bacteria that cause infections. It only works with specific strains of bacteria. Tinidazole works by killing the parasites and anaerobic bacteria that are responsible for causing infections by damaging their DNA.

Objective:The objective of this study was to determine the pharmacokinetics and in vitro drug release profile of the drug Ciprofloxacin (Ciprofloxacin HCl; USP) in healthy men and to determine whether there are any interactions between Ciprofloxacin and other drugs. Methods: In vitro and in vivo studies were performed using human serum and human tissue fluid samples. Results of Ciprofloxacin in serum and tissue fluid samples indicate that the drug concentration in serum (Ciprofloxacin in serum and tissue fluid samples) decreased with increasing concentration of the drug and with increasing concentration of the drug in serum and tissue fluid samples. Ciprofloxacin in serum and tissue fluid samples was found to have a statistically significant effect on the Ciprofloxacin in serum, but not in tissue fluid samples. However, it was also found to have an interaction between Ciprofloxacin and other drugs that affect the release of the drug in the intestine. These drugs also were found to have an interaction with Ciprofloxacin in tissue fluid samples. Conclusion: Ciprofloxacin is a highly effective drug that may have potential effects in the treatment of conditions such as cystic fibrosis, including cystic fibrosis in children. The use of Ciprofloxacin in the treatment of cystic fibrosis may have a therapeutic effect that may have a potential clinical effect. However, these drugs are not FDA-approved for the treatment of cystic fibrosis, and they may have potential clinical effects, such as an increased risk of serious side effects. Therefore, the use of Ciprofloxacin in the treatment of cystic fibrosis is not recommended. Ciprofloxacin is a potent drug that can be used to treat cystic fibrosis, but it may have potential clinical effects.

Figure 3.In vitro and in vivo studies showed that Ciprofloxacin is the active component in the formulation of the drug. Ciprofloxacin is also present in the drug suspension for systemic administration in healthy men. Ciprofloxacin also has a synergistic effect with other drugs that interact with the drug.
Figure 4.In vitro and in vivo studies showed that the drug concentration in serum and tissue fluid samples decreased with increasing concentration of the drug and with increasing concentration of the drug in serum and tissue fluid samples. Ciprofloxacin in serum and tissue fluid samples had a statistically significant effect on the Ciprofloxacin in serum, but not in tissue fluid samples.
